1. What types of jewelry and accessories do you sell?
We specialize in trendy jewelry pieces like the Adara Anklet, Alessia Earring, and Allegra Ring. Our collection includes a wide range of European and American style accessories made with high-quality materials like alloy, silver, and cubic zirconia.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping times vary depending on your location:
- USA and Canada: 3 - 10 business days
- Rest of world: 7 - 20 business days
Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for custom orders. Processing times before shipment can take up to 2-4 business days.
3. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. 4. How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact us at support@deva-glow.com. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
5. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.
6. Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Please follow our return process, and once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.
7. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
